Five members of the “The Presidents Own” performed and gave a master class for 65 Mattacheese and DYRHS band students, on Tuesday, October 30th. On Friday, October 12th, the homeroom winds performed for a packed Hyannis Yacht Club. The event was Mrs. Mezzetti’s installation as Commodore. Congratulations to the 70 students who marched in the Yarmouth Seaside Festival Parade! You looked and sounded Awesome! The picture featured in the October 11th Register was impressive. The lines were straight and the posture excellent. You made Mrs. Mezzetti, myself and the school proud!
The United States Marine Corps Band will give a clinic on October 30th, at 10 AM, for a selected group of Mattacheese, Wixon and DYRHS musicians. The clinic will be held in the Mattacheese auditorium.
